This team has been dominant in the league ever since the arrival of Patrick Mahomes. The Kansas City Chiefs selected Mahomes in the first round (10th overall) in the 2017 NFL Draft.
In Patrick's First year with the Chiefs he didn't get much playing time because of how consistent Alex Smith was. Alex Smith then got traded to the Redskins and Mahomes got the QB1 position. In his first year of starting he got the MVP award.
